VIKINGS-WORLD is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our dedicated returns email address: sales@vikings-world.com. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

Important Note: Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@vikings-world.com. We will promptly assess the issue and take necessary steps to rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

Digital Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you desire is to return your original item and place a separate order for the new item. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please note that processing and posting times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
